Both can be had for 12,90€ combined at the cheaper place you find on allkeyshop (they have a 5% coupon on facebook). That's the lowest you can get.

Forget the DLCs, nobody plays those maps.

Cheapest options are probably retail copies. My local game stores have very limited space available for PC and most of that is now digital codes rather than physical copies. So even though these are still popular titles if they had any left they'd still almost certainly have become clearance items when Black Ops 3 released (plus there's been Infinite Warfare and WW2 since then as well).

There's enough of these threads that you can search for and get ideas. If those resources aren't good enough, follow retailers like amazon and gamestop and wait for sales.

CdKeys was offering few COD games cheaply in the last days. Though cheap for COD games just means less than 10 bucks. They're selling too good, even if they are already old. If you don't want to support that, don't buy them. ^^
