They are, but these people also have graphics cards so meaty they need to be kept in the freezer, and checked for maggots twice a month...

Nice.

It's a dispiriting state of affairs that the average 24" computer monitor resolution is no better than that of my cellphone, which is barely the size of a chocolate bar. Bring on the 4K revolution :)

Considering consoles are struggling to achieve 1080p, I think 4k is overkill.

True this, no matter if a rig is good for 4k, still one cant run games at ultra high with high-end gear. I imagine the consoles >.<

Basically if you play on 4k Tv you have to say good bye to your 2 eyes since they both would be dead.
