You have 7 days to provide the gift/key to the winner. The winner has also 7 days to mark it as received so be patient :)

There is no can or can't. You have no choice. The winner has 7 days to mark it as received before you can ask for a re-roll. :)
Just be patient, levels fly by really fast, enjoy each one :D

What is the time after a prize can confirm receiving people?
If he didn't confirm still I can choose other winner or a key already took away (in a concrete case a key)?
