I'm not having problems at all, I'm using Win7, maybe an error regarding windows 10 and the latest nVidia drivers?

I am running it on 1024 so I doubt.. Also I was running it fine before uninstalling few days aog

Might want to bring it down to 60hz and see if that solves your problem
And instructions to do that if you need them:
Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, clicking Adjust screen resolution.
Click Advanced settings.
Click the Monitor tab, and then, under Screen refresh rate, click the screen refresh rate you want. The monitor will take a moment to adjust. If you want to keep the changes, click Apply. If you don't apply the changes within 15 seconds, the refresh rate will revert back to your original setting.

Yeah, I tried going back to 60, then to 75.. Now it says " out of range 95.1khz/60hz"

Hmm, you could try lowering your screen resolution as well as keeping your refresh rate at 60hz and see if that does anything. :)
Edit: I'd try 1920 x 1080 to start with as a recommendation.

Your monitor's EDID isn't being communicated to Windows or your graphics driver properly. Think of the EDID as your monitor's Driver's License (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extended_Display_Identification_Data) - it contains all the info your GPU drivers and Windows needs so that it doesn't get damaged. If your monitor is old, it could be that the EDID is corrupted. In that case, you'd need a new monitor. BUT ... you can try a few other things first:
Reset your monitor to factory default settings. Sometimes this forces Windows to "re-read" the EDID. The reset should be in your monitor's menu somewhere.
Change outputs on your GPU. Reboot. Change it back to the original output and reboot again. This can force a reset, too.
Uninstall and reinstall your GPU drivers. This will force a reset and the drivers should read the EDID properly again. (Do a clean install of the GPU drivers and wipe all prefecences).
If your monitor has a driver, install it.
Make sure your monitor cable and GPU output are good -- no missing/bent pins, etc.

Ok, ok, It's probably the resolution @ refresh rate combination. Try changing your refresh rate.

Hello guys, I am receving this error on certain games, no problems for CS:GO, but for H1Z1 for example, Dying light and few more.. I don't know what it is based on, but I tried everything, rolling back to one of the drivers I read in the internet that helped, installed the newest ones, tried changing the resolution.. Nope. It was all fine before I uninstall it, I installed it today once again, and I receive this error.. alt+enter works, but not and in full screen. I got gtx 750TI and fx-6300 +8gb ram, any suggestions? Oh also W10 x64
