Yeah, it isn't new. A number of discount bundles do it. It is a bit crap.

I don't believe so, but could be wrong. I know of old games still using the previous system, but can't think of any recent ones.

It's not a new restriction at all, it's always been an option for the publisher to set the bundle as "complete the set" or "must purchase together".

Here is lists all the current bundles and whether or not all of the games within the bundle must be purchased together.

It seems that if you bought it you'd waste 6 dollars more, since you already own pid, so it's a good thing that it doesn't allow you to buy it I guess.

Oh, it's not that I necessarily wanted to buy it all together, it was mostly curiosity. Although there have been some bundles where it was better to buy the bundles even if you already had some of the items in it, if bundles like those were to have this restriction it would suck. So hopefully not many use it this way.

I was looking at Pan-Pan in the store and noticed that there was no option to buy the bundle there. I assumed that it was probably not up yet as the game went up just today, but still clicked on the bundle just out of curiosity.
In there I saw that the bundle included Pid, but since I already own it it was crossed out, as it happens with games you own in the new bundle system, also that page does show a price but the "Add to Cart" button was disabled. When I placed the mouse over the button I got a message that said: "This offer is only available when buying all 3 items at the same time".
Not sure if it's new but it's the first time I notice it (I was wrong, it's not new). Seems pointless to me to do it that way as it defeats the purpose of the new bundle method. Is the old way of doing bundles not available anymore to devs?
