If you want an inline image, try something like this:
If you want a text with a link, try just:
[Text to be linked](URL link)
But to be honest I do not know if it is possible to have both an image and a link in place at the same time, which seems to be your intent, right?

Is it possible to ask support to delete the GA anyway (without the winner's comment)? As the winner has been suspended and you aren't sure if the key is used.

Nah, i dont think so. Support will probably reroll it since they insist on the winner's consent for deletion. The good thing is that it would have been a Steam Gift, so no key.

that's annoying, if you still have the gift then rerolling works right?
otherwise, rerolling then asking the new winner to agree to deletion works too (still very annoying)

Yep, the second option is what i'll probably do.
Im also running a parallel GA of the same game, since reroll tickets usually take a while. I cant afford to wait too long as I'll be buying the game during the sale period.
Opened this thread cz I wanted to know if the banned fellow can solve the issue. Then I wouldn't have to run after support.
Edit: rerolled ticket was resolved quickly. So I deleted the running GA! Thank you for your input, have a nice Sunday :)

Title: Query regarding Permanently suspended User
The winner already has the game, raised a ticket as I prefer to delete that GA. messaged that user in an old GA if they could approve my deletion for the ticket. Hours later, It seems that user is now Permanently Suspended!
So, does a permanently suspended user have the ability to comment?
I just want him to comment his approval.
Final Take: Rerolled successfully. And Gift sent!
