Maybe I'm missing it.
But I don't see a "report a giveaway" button on the giveaway page.
Since we still aren't allowed to call out, I think it's a good idea to have this button back.

Error showing giveaway. Deleted 2 minutes ago by a staff member, cg.

Guess you are already on top of it, but still wondering if there is an easy to click button to report a faulty giveaway.

yeah i don't think there is a 1-click button. Doing it manually seems to be the only way from what I see.

Until he implements one (if he implements one), you'll just have to report the user.

i thought we were told not to report users for fake giveaways, that probably is why the button was removed so it wouldn't be quite as easy to slam the user ticket reports when a fake or improper (free game) GA pops up.

Or because for the most part if your User Report doesn't happen to arrive at the time someone is going through the top of the list it falls into the dark abyss of the 20k+ pile. Thus really no reason to even send those in.
Still have a few pending that I submitted over the past month with the highlight of a user that has 38, yes THIRTY EIGHT, non activated games, although most are part of packs e.g. Valve complete pack, Daedalic Armageddon etc

If it's a game available for free, then yes, don't submit user reports, just a ticket in "Other" with the title of the game and a link to the promotion, then we can remove it and find giveaways with the archive to delete them.
In other cases (misleading giveaways, not redeemable on Steam, ...), then report the user.

yeah i understand, but that imo would make sense as to why the 1-click report button was removed. so it's not quite as easy to report a user and people will think about reporting a little more before just reporting people over everything.

Yes, we'd probably be submerged in giveaway reports every time a new user creates a AAA giveaway
