Tomorrow is the series finale of one of my favourite shows, so, I'm doing this thread for you to post whatever you think aobut that.

Whatever, really. Share expectations, tell us your favorite episode, or when did you stop following (7th season sucks).

Or share some sexy photos of the girls of the show.

Perhaps a funny gif.

As the final episode was broadcasted already, you can comment it too.

PS: The differential diagnosis for the giveaway code is not LUpuS

Everybody lies.

House (M.D.) is gone, but the giveaway ends tomorrow at 23.59.

Man... I need to catch up on Psych. I like that show. Even if it can get on my nerves sometimes.

It kinda jumped the shark, which is sad. I loved Psych.
It feels like it's not even trying to be funny anymore, like it's stuck between 4th-wall-breaky comedy and made-for-network-tv dramedy. The events of the season finale was pretty much painfully obvious from the start.

Finally, this annoying piece of shit comes to an end.

The human body isn't a place to do childish experiments, even in a fictional show.

There's actually a surprising number of people who get upset over what goes on in House, i.e. what Dr. House does as a professional...

...and I laugh at all the fools getting upset about what a COMEDIAN WHO IS PLAYING A DOCTOR ON A FICTIONAL TV SHOW does. It's almost as entertaining as the show itself.

And they need clowns like you to market the show, sorry, to sell some shit.

OK. Show about medicine and live-saving is bad? Maybe cartoons and films about Superman and others bullshit heroes better? Or stories about vampire? Or something like 90210?

Most strides in the medical field are made by human experimentation. We learned about regional anesthesia because August Bier injected August Hildebrant with cocaine in the spine. We learned that morphine could be isolated from opium and used as a sleeping agent because Friedrich Serturner tested it by injecting morphine into some party guests and himself(and subsequently developed a morphine addiction). Jesse Lazear proved that mosquitoes carried disease by letting mosquitoes infected with yellow fever bite him.

Now, granted, no hospital would let you do those kind of things these days, so House is a bit of an unrealistic show. However, medical science is just like any other field, and eventually lab rats aren't enough. Every medical procedure and every type of medicine doctors use has been tested on humans at some point. That's how we know they work, and how we know some things don't work.

This is where I was going. A lot of medical breakthroughs were achieved by experimenting on the human body.

Funny this thread should pop up given the fact that I just found out I had actually bought the complete seventh season quite a while ago and forgotten. Gonna have to give it a watch even if many hate it. As for the series being over... didn't realize it was. But eight is a pretty healthy number of seasons for a show to run. Oddly it also falls in the same number of seasons Scrubs had before it finished... (And no, that stupid spin-off doesn't count as a season. It was a spin-off.)

Kinda stopped watching during season 6 (I think, maybe watched some of 7, forgot), just got a bit out of hand and repetitive, plus the Huddy didn't seem to go anywhere. Now that it's over I might just marathon the last few seasons.

I love the show and am a bit sad that it ends, but it just has to. Episodes were getting way too boring.

From now on, you are freely to comment the episode.

I really liked it, actually, I was like WTF when the building collapses over House, it never crossed my mind that House could die. And the text during his funeral was hilarious, I laughed so hard.

But what I liked the most is Cameron and her role, was cool that she represented the reasons why House deserved to die.

As I said, I think it was a very nice episode, perhaps not good enough to be the series finale tho.

Yeah I thought most of the episode was pretty lame until the funeral. Then came the funny :D

Couldn't stand the episode. They should've ended with the episode they showed last week. That one was fairly brilliant, the finale was just boring and convoluted.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I kinda have those mixed feelings too, the series never meant to be a happy one, it deserved somethin sadder. And House saying that he can change was kinda lame too.

Lol Wilson is dying and House will have no friends or source of income. I dont see anything wrong with brightening it up a bit. I mean its there last episode, i doubt they wanted it to end too depressing.

this sucked. the series at its best feels like it was written by the character House, the finale felt like it was written by a team of medical soap writers with only one or two moments the real house was let out of his cage.
