Logout and then add and buy as gift, it will add every item separately inventory, activate and you have extra copy of whatever you have.

Yep, it's okay to make giveaways for these unless they're removed from the giveaway list. The only reason you can't is if they've been given for free, in which case they'll be removed from the GA list.
