PUZZLE: Guess the Videogame's music, by amlozek !!! [Win a CS:GO] -Hint added! +7-

Hey guys, this puzzle is inspirated by jbondguy007, who created two puzzles like this, and I really really enjoyed playing it, so, I decided to create one. The winners can enter to a secret giveaway. The Prize is a Counter-Strike Global Offensive! I hope you will like it :)

Why I am doing it?

  • I mentioned the 2 other Ga's earlier

  • I really enjoy reading the comments how everyone trying to guess one of the music, which is oblivious to someone else :)

  • Someone mentioned that it's impossible to solve it without big knowledge or extreme use of Google. Tht's right. but if you google a game, maybe you start to like it, and you buy(pirate) it. I want to show you guys a few from my favourite games I played and really close to my heart :)

  • I bet you know the feeling of: "I heard it, played it, but can't f*kin remember it's title FUUU". I love this feeling :D

There are some easy ones, and a few though ones... So, better to start it! You have one week to solve it :) Hints will be added here over the time, so check back a few hours later if you stuck ;)

Note: You don't have to use capitals and special characters like : , - TM : ; '' '
But you have to write down the game's full name! If it's a series, use the number of the game too! But only if it's the 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc.

PUZZLE

Hints:

  • The 8th is a racing game, but a little bit unusal.

  • The 5th is a stealth game.

  • The 6th was released in 2007.

  • The 4th is an FPS game with long history, this is the newest part of the series. Clans really like it.

  • The 7th is based on a book.

  • For the 2nd, I can only say one thing: Guns n' Roses :)

  • The 1st takes place in the middle ages.

  • The 3rd is the most famous FPS. Everyone knows it's name. One of that series.

I traded for CS: GO a few days ago, but I'll surely try to solve the puzzle anyways. :D
[EDIT] Got 2, 4 and 8, and I'm sure I know 7 and 9...

I am really happy that you are playing too :D I know that CSGO was on sale a few days ago, but it's still more valueable than your prizes :D I was playing for the fun :)

Same. When I solve a puzzle, it's just for the accomplishment of doing it. :)
Still have 1, 3, 5, and 6 to solve, and 9 sounds SO familiar.

I wrote down that you have to use the game's full name without any marks, like : and you don't need capitals :)

I hope it is more indicative of the state of video game music, rather my lack of familiarity with modern video games that has me able to only guess the last one :D.

The last one is soooo easy :D I thought the 4 seconds are too long, I wanted to make it shorter xD These games are not new, but not too old too, trust me ;)

Question Number 6... Why that one? That's not really THE correct answer...
All the rest except 8 and 9 are familliar to me, though #9 was a fairly easy guess...
Number 5 I feel I know what series it's from, numbers 1, 3 and 4 make me think multiplayer lobby, still can't place them though...

Only need 2,3,5,7, and 8. Half-way done :P. EDIT: Got 2 and 3! Edit 2: Stuck on 5 and 7 for awhile :P. Edit 3 (hopefully last before I solve it): Got 7! :D EDIT 4: Solved!! :)

Occasionally people choose songs that are extremely easy, not really the case this time, but like if they chose just main themes from AAA games it would be rather easy. I might do one of these at some point if I ever have anything to give away xD

If you do that, I'll still manage to get 1 answer at most ;)

I just don't pay attention to music in games for some reason. I can recognize Super Mario and Tetris, and that's pretty much it.

In this puzzle, I only know the answer to Q2, because I spent an obscene amount of time playing that game.

Pretty much all 'puzzles' here are just tests of general knowledge. If you haven't played the specific games, watched the films or paid crazy amounts of attention to certain things, there's no chance of winning them without spending an absurd amount of time in google and/or cheating. :P

Hint for 5 makes 5 too easy :p Can't get several, mainly 2, and 7 sounds familiar but can't figure it out.
EDIT: For number 7 I'm certain that I'm right but it says I'm not :/
EDIT 2: Just need 2, 7, and 8 and I totally know 7 >_<
