Blacklist variant / Block give away

I think it's safe to say that a vast majority of people around here blacklist to block titles that they're not interested in entering the give away for.

Has there ever been a thought around introducing a similar option to not block a title, but a single give away? For example, someone stating that a game is region locked. I don't want to block the title, but only the specific give away. click gone. Or, is there something like this that I'm just ignorant of that someone wants to point me towards?
