This War of Mine is my default answer to this question.

The story will bring you to tears as you go through the game, with your days getting longer and the supplies dwindling you are faced with tough decisions that make it feel like you are choosing life for you or for the elderly neighbor you grew up next door to.

I highly highly highly recommend it, not only for their fundraising use of DLC which to me is just awesome, but for the story and gameplay. You are welcome!

Somehow I missed this title until now but it looks amazing.

No checkpoints, save-games and Permadeath. Also only one playthrough :(

I really wish Heavy Rain was ported to PC. It has a great storyline and amazing graphics.

So I thought before I'd answer this I'd check out your games list to see what you already have. Dude! You already own about every superior graphics game out there, and most look like you've given them about an hour then moved on.
Can you be more specific about what will bring on the feels that will hold your attention?
It looks like you haven't started Child of Light. I've heard good things about it after finishing Ori and the Blind Forest.

I wouldn't try to determine a suggestion based on what I already own. I don't "move on" from games because they aren't good, I just have so many games I get a bit of ADD and jump around too much. Suggesting something I have already would probably be a good thing actually, because then I won't have to spend the money. ;-)
Plus, my library doesn't really matter. The suggestions could help anyone that stumbles on the discussion.

I know its a sequel to a game most people didn't play, but I loved The Darkness II. There are some aspects I thought were done better in the first one (its only on console), but I thought the second one was a lot of fun, had a good art-style, and had a really cool story.

Definitely try Child of Light since you've got it.
For Telltale Games, Tales from Borderlands is great but isn't going to make a lot of sense if you haven't played at minimum the main story mission from Borderlands 2. Game of Thrones is supposed to be good, but not sure how well it stacks up against the others.
Here's a few you don't have that I pulled from my own wishlist:
Never Alone
Styx: Master of Shadows
Submerged
King's Quest
Have in my library but haven't played yet:
Also as Jackal mentioned, if you have a PS4 then you can't miss The Last of Us: Remastered.

The Walking Dead, both seasons. Definitely high on "the feels", and the graphics, while not realistic, work amazingly well when you're immersed in the story. Along the same lines (because it's also by Telltale) is Tales from the Borderlands. I wasn't sure how I felt about it at first, but at the beginning of the second episode, I was fist-pumping and yelling in my head, "Oh YES! This is so f-ing AWESOME!" ... which is amazing, because I generally don't drop f-bombs ;D hehe I've been putting off playing episode four because I know that I'm going to go crazy waiting for episode five to come out, otherwise!
olfox's suggestions are all sound. Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons is an excellent story. I wish that they had done more with it gameplay-wise, but it's still exceptional as-is. This War of Mine is definitely immersive, Valiant Hearts is so good that it made me want to learn everything the game had to give (about the war), and I REALLY want Ori! The other two I have, but have not played yet (I have Child of Light loaded up, just keep forgetting that I have it since I got it directly from U-play!)
Tormentum: Dark Sorrow is highly-environmental, which you can probably tell from the graphics. It's an adventure-lite with choices that matter, and though it's short, I really did enjoy it.
A Story About My Uncle has some beautiful graphics and an interesting story... provided that you can find all of the story, or course. You can progress without finding everything.
Some people will disagree, but I -LOVED- Tomb Raider (2013). I loved the story, I loved the graphics, I loved the gameplay and finding every last secret and hidden item. It's a gorgeous game. I played it 3 times back-to-back last year, and only stopped because my backlog was calling me.
I highly recommend getting THIS BUNDLE if you don't have the games yet. I was never really into superheroes before playing the Batman games, and now I am a HUGE fan -- The games are just that good!

Bioshock Infinite, one of the most beautiful games you can find, and not just because of the quality of graphics itself (it might actually be a bit outdated fro 2015 standards), but because of the incredible sceneries and the art direction.
Then there are also the latest Far Cry games (3 and 4), which both show incredible outdoor environments with great attention to detail. Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag does that very well also, although the graphics aren't quite at the same level, if you ask me. But I would recommend NOT getting these games on Steam, because...two clients running the same game at once? EUGH!!!!
Tomb Raider 2013 does the open world, jungle sceneries as well and the graphics are incredible for 2013, better than many games today.
Another one is Bulletstorm. It's an older game, from 2011 but in my opinion it's still gorgeous looking, even today. It's not on Steam in most regions, but you can certainly get it on Origin from anywhere. Also, from 2011, the king of shininess (but I really don't don't fin that a bad thing), Deus Ex Human Revolution. Some people didn't like how shiny the graphics are, but I thought it looked really neat, a major improvement given the series' track record. The first game didn't look very well, even for '99 standards and time has not been kind to it, AT ALL. The improvements of the Director's Cut made it look even better.
The Borderlands series: not the technically best graphics you'll see (not by a long shot), but the style is quite unique and matches the general tone of the games PERFECTLY.
Max Payne 3 - a marvel of a port done by Rockstar Games, quite uncharacteristic of them, given their record with these things. Look really nice, moves really nice and the graphics convey the contrast between Max's gloominess and general darkness in his life and the cheery, depraved place he finds himself in.
Finally, I would also recommend Sleeping Dogs, if the concrete jungle, rather than the actual jungle, is more your thing. God damn, that game looks awesome.
You already own most of these, so I don't even see the point of this thread.. I see you only have 5.3 hours in Far Cry 3. Like..WHY??? PLAY THAT!!!!

"You already own most of these, so I don't even see the point of this thread."
The fact I already own them is a good thing, it just means I don't have to buy your suggestions in order to play them. I've acquired 400+ games in the last 2 years since I came back to PC. What're the odds I've played them all in full? I mean, c'mon people.
Also, for others that don't "own most of these". They may be interested in your suggestions.

Soma. Just released recently.

Visually it's gorgeous (think a more modern Bioshock) and the sound design is superb. And the story goes pretty deep into what it means to be human and things along those lines.

Bioshock Infinite and Gone Home. Though the first is quite old by now and the second isn't exactly renowned for its graphics, I found both of them to be very aesthetically pleasing while having some of the best stories I've ever seen, be it in video games or other forms of media. Gone Home is actually my favorite story, period.
The other 2 greatest story-driven games I know would be The Walking Dead(Seasons 1 and 2) and Dragon Age: Origins, but both have kinda sub-par graphics. (Depends though, some people like TWD's aesthetics. I liked the second season's but not the first's).
