if you don't pay for it on steam or use a key it will never give you the +1.

if cards get added later the freebie won't give you them either(have to pay for it or use a key)

IIRC it was after Hitman 2 free first episode dropped cards and people flooded the market and made several accounts, and other stuff that people do. Then Valve modified free licences to not drop cards. Dunno about +1, because I never paid attention to that number.

I think for +1 to game library, once paid games get enough sales and reviews to get out of "limited" or "still learning..." status it becomes possibility in the future.

I suggest that if you add stuff to the list, make a not of it either in the comments or in the post itself, so people can know what changed or what was added, and not guess or not notice at all.

I'm not sure, if EDYN really qualifies - it's $30 Founder's DLC among cosmetics offers also "Full access to all features of the base game on release."
