I'm living with a half-Polish, half-Belarusian mother (that's why I've never learned to cook properly), so it's borsch and golubtsy (stuffed cabbage) all the way for me (didn't manage to find a proper picture of the latter, my mom's ones look much more attractive).

I just had a slice of tres leches. It's a type of vanilla cake that is made with three different types of milk, making it super crazy moist and sweet.
