I don't blacklist people who say thanks, but I do get annoyed when random people comment "thanks" before the giveaway is over.

That's why I always have in my description "Instead of thanking me, tell me X", where X can be any question like "What's your favourite pizza topping?".
I get way less "Thanks" comments and more discussion.

you have to piss me off personally or be a troll to make it on my blacklist but some people use it as a filter kind of like a whitelist.

You also get blacklisted if you comment in "disucssion".
For exemple, I once said something in the discussion about Munich.
From 16 BL I went to 23 BL in a day...

Good news is, people also whitelist you for your forums comments too.
I'm on few whitelists from people who had to like my comment/post, because I'm pretty sure we never had any contact with each other.

I didn't put anyone on my blacklist if i remember correctly - if he doesn't say thanks it's his problem, if he does before the GA is over, it's also his problem for not reading the atmosphere of this website. If he's a bot, he will be judged by the site. If he breaks rules, he will be judged by the site. If he's a legendary like a certain user who recently got banned, i just laugh my ass off when i see another of his posts.

Not sure if that would classify as "calling out" or not... so i'll avoid using his nickname. It was a guy who was pretty much in everyone's blacklist, made flamewars, openly said that he was breaking multiple rules... Once, he was so butthurt and flamed so much that the only reaction of the mod was "What the fuck insert name here?" before closing the thread.
