Well... this question can seen as little bit of... rant, oh, wait NO, more like a random stupid confusion of noob.

Why most of retail store like, Humble Bundle, Bundlestars, Indiegala, or to be more precise Otakumaker<--(yeah, this one in particular, because it's kind of irony related with the store name)
...are not selling games from sekai project or other "Weebs"-related games/visual novel?
Well.... for some popular title, they sell it....

most of games I want to GA is "weeb" related, but if I have to buy it directly from steam, it will br region restricted
anyone got any retail store reference for it?
