I dont mean all rules are a joke, I just think that that 1 particular rule its there but what does it serve for if they cant even maintain it.

I'm curious how many times you're going to be blacklisted after creating this thread. My guess is at least 20+.
I was in similar situation when i was kinda new here - won a game, realised it was online/region restricted, so i contacted the creator and said sorry, pls reroll. But i didn't mark it as not received and after 7 days i got suspended. And... just one day before suspension I won another GA. Obviously i could not claim it and creator blacklisted me and rerolled. Luckily the support explained me the rules.
Learned my lesson, follow the rules, stay hydrated.

and yes offcourse I learned my lesson, but its just sad to see everyone here (not all, but mostly) just has to see it only from a negative point of view.

Sorry, but I'm not exactly sorry for you. I mean, it's so easy to rectify your mistakes (as you've been already told above), all you need to do is own them and stop perceiving yourself as a victim. You are in control now, after all. And all you've chosen to do with this control was to start blacklist farming.

i mean you enter giveaways, you should be aware of the end dates and at least log in to check. it's not fair to the gifter to have to wait for you to accept your free game while there are plenty others willing to accept it within an hour. you think it should be up to 30 days? i think 7 days is more than enough time.

I personally think its a bit ridiculous for getting suspended this late as the rule of activating won giveaways is a total joke as it just goes to show people dont even check it that often, so why make the rule if you dont have a system in place which is able to verify that, if you cant implement that maybe change the rule to something like 30 days?
You registered on May 31, 2015. You had about 3 and 4 years respectively, to read the FAQ and site rules and not break them. And now you complain about it, 5 years after you accepted the rules of the site. You blame the mods and every user for not checking every single user (including you), instead of them/you not breaking the rule you promised to keep.
We're not your mother to remind you to keep the rules. and then tidy up after you.

Really, the only way to avoid a blacklist is by not having an sg account. I do wonder if CG has a blacklist though

You called yourself out here. But normally everyone who'd write "Just activate your wins!" would be suspended for calling out. Just a reminder :blobevil:
Also don't think anything good will come from this thread. "You must activate your wins" rule will not disappear, same as we will not have cutoff for how long after infraction we can issue suspension. So you may close this thread to avoid further negativity. Don't think anyone from the community will agree with you.

We now allow pointing to the rules:

So if you see someone with potential regift you can write:

Sadly most people here are like that, all I wanted is to try and improve the system to make it better for everyone as there clearly is something broken....

All in all fine I did break the rules (not intended to), I had my punishment of starring to my suspensions 7 days long.
But on the day I got banned I also won an giveaway, which I was not able to claim due to my suspension and because it most likely took to long for the giveaway creator for me to respond I got blacklisted: https://imgur.com/QM3RGbr
Now coming back to my punishment of the 7 days suspension, I think thats perfectly fair, but maybe let a giveaway creator know when a winner has been suspended for whatever reason so the one being suspended has not to be blacklisted for something they arent in control of in point of time.
Thats the way how I think about it, let me know your thoughts as im curious how you guys look at this.
Oh also maybe an email with hey your suspended because of this and this or just a message stating your suspended through email would be nice, instead of only through mail, I mean we are also able to send a mail when you won something, why not with this?
