Strange request for finding a video about games

Do any of you remember this fun video on youtube about evolution of fps games. Showing how stupid and slow are now and intense were in times of Quake?
Remember there was showed things like "press w to move forward" etc and then while showing old games fast video about fast kills, rocket jumping etc.

My search skills let down me completely so hopefully you can help me.

actually this was it, many thanks.
Had to show it to my kid because she is crying she can't finish level in new sonic ;)
