I claimed and downloaded Juju for free yesterday without any problems.Perhaps the offer has expired since then.
Destroy All Humans seems to be the Xbox One version but, after I claimed it, it showed up in my Xbox 360's Download History, so I believe that was successful as well but I don't own an Xbox One to confirm.

"bought" DAH through the above link, it installed to my xboxone, however it says I need to purchase it if I want to play it. I look on the 360 marketplace & it shows already purchased. Ikaruga/Juju installed/play fine. The others didn't show up as free in the respective marketplaces. Already had crackdown1&2/toohuman.

When I first checked a couple of weeks ago it was in the Games with Gold list, marked as owned. A couple of days ago it had moved to my owned games games list. Yesterday it was completely gone. I've never been able to actually start the game.

Good point. I may have been looking at wrong version when viewing the store from my Xbox.Got to try installing again and see what happens. It's weird that it doesn't show as owned in the Xbox interface though.

Yeah, I tried a couple of different regions actually. All of them gives the same message of already purchased but none of them will actually install the game. I had a quick look at the support page but couldn't find an appropriate topic that let me create a topic. I'm guessing they are making it as convoluted as possible to avoid support requests. Anyway, I'll probably give it another more serious go at some point when I get sufficiently annoyed about it :P

This is exactly what my DAH was like. After contacting chat and finally getting escalated to tier 3 or w/e a sys admin was able to just erase all existence of the bugged game entry from my account, then re-add it to my owned games list. The process took a week or so.
