NAIRI: Tower of Shirin bugged? Can enter the GAs despite having the game.

Just noticed that I can still enter the GAs for https://store.steampowered.com/app/802450/NAIRI_Tower_of_Shirin/, which was one of the late unlocks of the latest HB Monthly. My account seems to be synced and I can't see the GAs of other, latest HB Monthly games.

Nope, just "Profile features limited". Happens to all games marked by steam like that.
