As an American who has no idea how to use European currency, I would much like to have my prices back in USD. How do I fix this? My Steam client is fine, it's just my browser that seems to be confused.

if u are logged in and the stuff shows in euros, let it be.
This way, if there's a game you want cheaper in europe you can buy for that price.
Here in Brazil I see prices in reais at home but in dollars at my job. So I can choose where to buy for less =]

Unless things have changed recently, GB is still part of Europe. So, yes, pounds are one of the European currencies.

Just like Canadian dollars, US dollars and Pesos are all American currencies.

I don't know why do you define currency by the continent and not by the country. It's confusing to call ringgits and yens just plain "Asian currencies", because they're used in different countries. But ok, let's not pick holes in words.
