I was trading a diablo 3 key for $50 and he didnt pay me and i dont know what to do. Please help me.

i kept asking for the payment but he wanted the code first, then i kept ignoring it until he showed me proof that he had the money on paypal

well you can always say that you will tell the cops about this if he doesent pay you and pretend that you would be calling them he would et pretty scared after that

Well what I would have done is contact blizzard and give them the Diablo III key and state that it's been stolen. They might sort you out but make sure they block the person that used the key so that way the person who scammed you won't get to play the game.

1) Steamgifts is not the place to make this post. Do it on SteamRep or on the Official Steam Trading Forums just to make people aware that the person's a scammer.
2) When Trading a key, ALWAYS get payment first. Either that or use a middleman.
3) No matter what, you're not getting the money or the key back now. Yeah, it sucks, but that's life...
