Strange that this is missing some DLCs for House Flipper like the HGTV one and I'm surprised the 2nd one isn't bundled yet. Other games are kind of a mixed bag, really surprised that two of these games have less than 50% review lol. HB really lost the plot lately.

My wife has over 300 hours in House Flipper. If you like decorating/remodeling houses for fun, this bundle is a great deal. There are basically 2 modes, one is more mission-based where you have a checklist of things you must do; the other is more of a sandbox mode where you can do whatever you want. There is also a large amount of Steam workshop content so you can add items to the game for free that way.
Hairdresser Simulator is very similar to House Flipper, but you are remodeling hair salons instead of houses, and also doing hair. (and some minor management things like hiring staff)

Diablo 4 released long after on steam. If it had been day 1 it would be double the reviews of house flipper. It has sold over a billion dollars worth. Bad faith tactic. Again, you keep using steam reviews and dodging the main point. I'll make it really simple so you can stop obfuscating the main point.
The bundle has the least sales right now by a large margin. Maybe it's not niche or shit but people certainly would prefer other bundles, hence the difference.
