System Requirements for Cities Skylines was,
-4GB RAM
-nVIDIA GeForce GTX 260

My System Is
-4GB RAM
-nVIDIA Geforce GT 730

When i open the game it eiter loads long, lags, low fps, a little bit glitchy/unresponsive, and i just wanna build my imagined city
was my problem the 200-+ Mods and Assets subscirptions i had?

So, in short you need a monster pc for this game if you would apply like tons of assets and mods, because I don't see some youtuber have problem with the game performance when they have like 1k Subscriptions..

( while i only have 200-+ and i get glitchy / not responding sometimes )

soo.. i have to limit my subs?? :'(

and btw
my Ge Force Experience can't seem to scan 'some' of my games, including this Cities Skylines, hence i can't Optimize it

Open your antivirus program, find the recent reports or quarantine section, edit the game file so that it gets an exception and restore it. Done.
But you should be sure that among your 200 mods there really ain't no virus. Or simply learn to play with less additions, if it doesn't work out. ;)

Thanks!, It seemed that it blocked the game's .exe

It's clean and green with the mods and assets of the game, It's just really Eating HUGE RAM , that's why it crashes, and i know..
unsubscribe to them so it won't crash but nah, they make the game better.. ( and for the project :) )

GT730 is not a high end graphics card, you should expect low graphics performance with it.

The game gets huge CPU usage especially when your city grows larger, your CPU probably can't handle a city that's big enough as well.
