This. There are far more great games in Valve Pack. Bought it a while ago and went on a month long half-life spree.

i would go for valve pack too. i have it myself and only portal 1 & 2 and the half life series are worth it

You will get gift copy of Half-Life 2, if you already have it in your library - check OnPurchaseGrantGuestPassPackage.
It applies to Valve Complete Pack steam gift, not sure about Valve Complete Pack cd-key.
