Are Nvidia Keys region locked

I got Control Key with Nvidia card. Are those key region locked. As i have game. Can i gift or trade the key with users don't have RTX gpu?

oh my I would be very happy to get one of those I got myself an RTX 2070 a month ago but no keys for anything.
Bought myself TombRaider a week ago

I have activated Youngblood, But i already have control, I Don't know if key is region locked or not

People often sell them so I'm guessing they are keys for Steam or some other platform.

AFAIK Epic doesn't have a region locks, but don't take my word for it.
