The rules are against giveaways of exploit keys, i have not read anything about it in the forum rules.
I changed it in my post, that it is only available for the polish users so everyone else can do what ever they want.

To use the key though open up the game, click extras, then click Redeem promotional code and type it in.

i don't have time for that, i will only add stuff here if i have time for it
and i'm not good in creating websides

register to the german page. in the right side of screen in the tribes promo page, there is a thing where you put your name and age and things. fill it and hit enter and the key will pop up in the blank thing in middle of screen. hope this helps!
PS then put the key in tribes ascend-> settings -> extras -> enter promo code
