Turns out I already had a copy of the base game, just not the DLC. If anyone wants the base game without signing up for Humble:

"Does all of this actually work?
If we squint at a spreadsheet, fudge some numbers, and add some hope, it sort of makes sense. But it really helps if you buy something eventually, so we can keep justifying throwing away all this money on getting you free games."
So basically HB is throwing this money at developers to give their game away and promote their platform? That's evil, we should.not support these evil practices! Boycot HB!
Am I doing this right?
Thanks

Well, as long as they don't force any exclusivity, we will like it.

Although for Codemasters, when the licenses expire they just remove the games entirely from store, and Grid 2 was likely next on the list.

Conconsidering everything on earth is "Made in China" good luck on giving no money to them.
How exactly does your wallet talk by not playing the thing you haven't even paid for?
Edit; sorry, just realised my mistake. Thanks for the corrections senpei. I'll improve next post ;)

recaptcha is really dumb some times. I just did exactly what it said, but it failed like 5 times and now I am locked out of every website that uses recaptcha for a while. This happened to me a couple months ago as well.
Edit: I only waited about a minute, reloaded the page, and the recaptcha was back. I guess they changed something because last time I was locked out for a long time. I don't remember how long, but I'm pretty sure it was hours.
Now they let me try again right away, but it was doing that thing where you have to select all the pictures and it changes the picture to a new one every time you click on it, but it seems broken and takes about 15 seconds to load each new picture. I have had this happen many times in the past as well. I did finally manage to get through.

Thanks, but I just waited a minute and reloaded the page and it let me try the recaptcha again. It failed again the first try, but I did get through on the second try and I got the keys from Humble.

That's what just happened to me, but I was able to enter again when I refreshed the page like a minute later. I think I checked last time I got locked out and I was still locked out like 12 hours later, but I don't remember exactly how long it was. How long have you been locked out?

Back then gradually the pictures wouldn't work anymore at all, and only the audio part, then that stopped working too after awhile in which i couldn't even gain access to anything that uses captcha, even my pharmacy site to request meds.
Apparently you can get a new ip if you unhook your router for 48 hours (which didn't work for me) but when i exchanged the new router for the old one that luckily seemed to have worked, even so i didn't even get captcha's for a few months, and until now they are starting to come back.
Humble's fault is verify? Captcha, Login? Captcha, Redeem? Captcha, then also offcourse it might eventually complain you request too many captchas.
People are complaining about it on the Google board, but they simply don't care and act like it's all your fault you must have spyware or something.

I have nothing against Captcha protection, but Humble had it very poorly designed, because every failed attempt to solve the captcha due to timeouts requires you to refresh the whole page. That's so dumb. Why not having a persistent button to press? :(

I am pretty much never logged into a google account, but it is good to know. I thought they did it based on your ip address. After I got locked out on my computer last time, I think I tried on my cell phone which was connected to my wifi and I was already locked out their as well. I disconnected my phone from wifi and it worked on cellular.

"pretty much everything" is good for recaptcha, like, he seems to "like" a very wide sort of things.
my tip is, when you see slowing it down, when images load very slowly, just let it go for a few minutes. like, the more you click, the more it might get "nervous" :D
edit: also, site admin where recaptcha is located can change a few settings too)
