Contributor Value -- the adjusted value of given gifts/keys. in this case its a really crazy expensive software that had a price glitch and most people don't like it when giveaways are made off such glitches. obviously the people who are taking advantage of it are enjoying it, but not those who are watching it happen while they contributed stuff that wasn't glitched priced.

that was the price while the error was still active. i doubt you will still get it for that price. as usual, prices go up very quickly in these cases.
also, 5$ sounds pretty fair to me for 400$ software, don't you think? :)

I posted my reply while it was active for key, now it getting up sure. Yes now $5 for $400 is good. But if u imagine real thing. Its (was) $1.5 and u know how it works here on trades. All will notice this price to seller. Its like bundle... 8 games with total price (retail) 180€ but bundle is 5€... :) and traders care about bundle price, not full prices. Also, how many pipolz from here will buy this SW at full price, full price is basically nothing.

no, it's not quite the same as bundle games. bundles are available for weeks (some even months ^^). price errors are usually only there for a few hours. so stock is very limited. and while bundle games stay on the same price forever (more or less), games/software from price errors go up and up. sure, the trade value will never come close to the retail price. but it certainly won't stay so low for long. ;)

yeah, i think we just have different opinions on that. i think, if someone got lucky and got some copies from a price glitch, why should he not make some bucks with that? and why should the selling price be independant of the actual steam price? i mean, it's a 400$ software. why should those lucky guys be forced to demand only the price of a good burger for it? also, not only indonesians sell it. i am one of the people who were around when then glitch happened (most of the time i miss those ^^). i bought a few copies, and i already paid significantly more than the indonesian price was. i also spent hours to get those copies. because when those glitches happen, it's never easy to get them (everybody wants to buy, and there is the purchase limit). does the same apply to me? if i go too much over the indonesian price - which i didn't pay - am i a greedy bastard then? i personally never complain if i have to overpay for a price glitch copy. i know what the item is worth, and i know the seller invested not only money, but also time. so i think it's fair if he makes a quick buck. and i wish more people would think like that.
also, i've already seen people complaining about those greedy price glitch sellers, who did the same thing a while before. so i think in some cases it's really just jealousy. not saying that's the case with you, but there are those people.
