Also, somehwere I read about somebody with a similar issue (key not redeemeable in Germany) - he wrote to support about it and they replaced the key with a working one. You should definitely try that!

Habe neben vier Gurken auch Black Ops 3 bekommen. Heute dann die Ernüchterung: Vier der fünf Keys funktionierten einwandfrei, nur der BO3 ging nicht.
Aber: An den dortigen Support geschrieben und (für mich tatsächlich überraschend) schnell Antwort erhalten. Musste dann nur noch Screenshots der Fehlermeldung übersenden und , wieder sehr schnell, kam eine E-Mail mit funktionierendem Key.
Also zusammengefasst: Sehr guter Support, der schnell antwortet!

oh danke für die info^^ ich bin aber mehr als zufrieden mit den zwei keys. hab den letzten (black ops eins) verschenkt^^
so genial: heute von einem fremden angeschrieben. wollte cod gegen nen spiel tauschen. war erst skeptisch und am ende ein wenig mitleid mti ihm: habs ihm geschenkt^^ und zwei stunden später bekomme ich 3 call of duty keys zurück xD karma ist manchmal doch nett^^

GMG mystery bundles. They are mostly trash, but a while back GMG caused some controversy with a bit of semi-legit key reselling for COD Black Ops, Dark Souls II and a few others. A few folks are getting lucky with the remaining keys they are clearing out...

Traditionally they have been above board, but a few times now they have been caught out being increasingly creative about where they get their keys. They aren't quite G2A yet but I think it has strained their relationship with certain publishers - and I'm assuming that is why they are using these 'mystery bundles' to clear out a few keys that caused them some problems...

GMG was pretty infamous for trying any tactic to avoid responsibility for their issues with their sales, to begin with [eg, no support for purchases after 7 days; if they suspect any games in an order activated to any account other than your primary, they revoke support for the entire order; mislabeling or poor labeling of product platform without offering refunds for their mistake; etc.]
Add in what is apparently a streak of illicitly obtained game keys, their rude customer service, and their sketchy approach to things like playfire credit..

GMG support has only ever been nasty, confrontational, and dismissive toward me, and the majority of people I've encountered have had negative experiences.
Doesn't mean they don't have a decent person or two on staff- or even, the reverse, that the negative elements are the minority.
But the negative elements do have free reign and seem to be high up in their support paradigm, so..
Well, and then playfire-related support is another matter altogether, I don't think anyone had positive interactions there, though that mostly due to delays in response, past the point where a promotion ended, only to say it was no longer valid.

Personally I got really tetchy over the Playfire rewards. I did get some that I did spend. But there was plenty that I felt I was owed but was never credited for or that I was awarded on Playfire but that was never available for me to spend on GMG. My support tickets were outstanding for a long time until the week after all GMG credit expired - then they were marked as resolved...
I used to buy a lot of stuff from GMG but not recently.

Back in the time I submitted a ticket about two missing achievements, including description, live time, my profile link, screenshot and whatnot. They thanked my loyalty after a few weeks and I've got credited for the cheaper one... They didn't even acknowledged that I made a ticket about two achievements. That was the point when I stard treating PF as a dead service - no way I'll be doing time achievements and rush games only to be ignored.
