since the game was created in 2004 i dont think it is one of the greedy developers that just makes games to get them bundled so people idle it.

Nono, no complaining or anything. I just wanted to add some "infos" to the topic. Because that is what I would like to know:
"What game is it" (Not only Name)
"Does it have Cards?"

Given the lack of context, it would have been as reasonable to assume a negative implication.
Wasn't trying to imply anything on your end, just note that I get why stehan interpreted it as he did.
Personally, if it's something that ambiguous, I just assume it wasn't anything worth saying in the first place, and don't try to interpret it at all. :P
Also, this is what "Cards and more" has me imagining:
"Hey, guys! This has trading cards! ..oh, and I guess some sort of gameplay, but whatever, who cares about that. I guess if you're into that sort of thing, it's okay."
Which is a sadening consideration about the state of Steam gaming.
..then again, if DLH worked for me, I'd essentially be getting it just for the cards myself, so I can hardly argue the point. :P

Try requesting a "password recovery" e-mail or whatever it's called there. If you remember, they were hacked not so long ago and if you're unlucky, someone might have changed your account password (but hopefully forgot to change e-mail too). That's assuming everything else is okay, which may not be true. I think when you register there, they sent you a password in plain text, so that alone speaks volumes about their security.

Update after actually trying to do it myself: you can get a password reset mail, but only if you have disabled your adblocker on the password reset mail page (you should see a green banner saying E-mail sent). However, after that I couldn't log in with the new password. What worked is logging in with Facebook. Again, in order to see the blue Facebook login button, you have to disable your adblocker on the main DLH page. If, after this, you still can't get a key, add me on Steam, I'll give you my spare.

Thanks for the offering. I logged using facebook, as @Fenris77 suggested and was finally able to redeem my key. I don't use an adblocker but I do use a custom hosts file (in he end it is the same), and was still able to get the key :/

My password was changed after hack incident. Now password wont work. Recover password mailed in email also doesn't work. FB login for same email works strangely. The site is a fucking mess and completely broken.

If you're using Firefox try to log-in with Facebook.

In case you do get a reset password manual typing than copy paste may work. Same in case of original password too. Else FB login.
EDIT: I just played around. Do not copy paste or auto fill email ids and info from cookies or notepad. Manually type the login details will have better chances of working or reset.

So it seems manual typing works 2-3 times and if the irritating ad popup opens when login process is in way after submit the first try login chances increase 100%. Don't close that ad banner till logon finished.
