In Spain I'm seeing the 512GB OLED Refurbished for €459 and the 1TB OLED Refurbished for €549. Not bad...

i wonder, do you still get the profile effects on Steam if you buy this? i would assume no

They say one profile per device, but i did a factory reset on mine and it appeared to allow it to be claimed again

No listed prices in New Zealand. Not that I'm in any way surprised, Valve refuses to sell their hardware in my country, even after Gaben spent the early times of Covid down here.

Hmm. I might be in. I've been interested in a Steam Deck, mostly for travel. It would be pretty amazing to be able to play some of my Steam library instead of being stuck with just a tablet or a non-gaming laptop.
Of course my next travel is in 9 days, so I guess I have to make a decision quickly!
Thanks for the heads up.

£389/£459 UK, but all out of stock. Despite the fact my daughter has kidnapped my Deck, I can't justify a replacement yet.

Certified Refurbished
Not sure what regions these are available in but they are available for US at this time (and both in stock currently)
Steam Deck OLED 512 GB - $439 (Down from $549)
Steam Deck OLED 1 TB - $519 (Down from $649)
According to SteamDB, the Brand New models have never been on sale before.
Just some opinions, I have had the LCD and the OLED and I love the Steam Deck. Even with idling for cards on my PC, my Steam Year in Review showed 30% play time was on my Steam Deck for 2022 and 2023. OLED screen is way nicer (+90 Hz) and battery bump makes it a strong contender in the hand held market, even against more powerful devices.
