To be honest i would prefered to keep USD, at least in my country. In dec 2015 the exchange rate ARS:USD was about 10:1, today nov 2017 is 18:1, in two year we devaluated about 80%, saving ARS in the steam wallet is not a smart/safe move, like it was with the USD.
In other hands, like happen in Mexico, Brazil and Chile, and as we can see in SteamDB the local prices expresed in USD are lower than the USA Store, until now the steam store in my country have the same prices as the USA Store. I guess we have to wait and see what gona be.

En teoria nos deberian convertir los dolares de las wallet a razon de 17.40 pesos por dolar, que es mas o menos el cambio vendedor (creo) o sea lo que te da el banco si le vendes dolares. En GMG los precios en pesos estan convertidos a es tasa mas o menos.
