I personally have never been a big fan of sports games and at their most basic level they are all almost identical gameplay. But out of those, I would say NBA 2K12.

FIFA sucks more and more every year. NBA 2K11 was awesome. If 2K12 is as good, I'd probably go for it. But if Rugby Challenge is any good, it'll be an obvious choice for me, screw NBA.
