In response to your question we should probably clarify that even if you don't see anyone closing your report for a while, this does not mean that the users in question did not get punished for their wrongdoings. It can happen that a person you reported has already served a suspension for the infraction and the report is simply waiting to be checked and closed. You should not feel that you're being ignored on purpose. Once the report is closed, this means that any appropriate action has already been taken.
