SteamDB says $11K for my account value, but I doubt I've actually spent much more than 5% of that, and that's over the 8 years I've had Steam. Between bundles, packs, massive sales, redeeming old Valve keys, spending wallet money from market sales, etc. I've kept my out-of-pocket spend very low.
