By the way, Aspyr Media made a separate steam cloud for the linux version of Borderlands 2, so if you'd been playing BL2 using Wine before, you won't be able to load your old saves out of the box. However, you can put your old saves in a linux BL2 savedir manually (make sure that the filenames are in lowercase):
~/.local/share/aspyr-media/borderlands 2/willowgame/savedata/

I'm still eagerly waiting for the Steam Machine and Steamboy consoles to become widely available ^^
