You can request EA to replace it for you withing 90 days of purchase. Other than that it sucks hard, I know :/

Did you actually buy it on Origin or at soem other shady cd-key shop

It really depends on support. I got NFS Shift 1 on Origin and in-game it told me my key is already in use. So I contacted EA Czech support and after I confirmed that I was really login in with the same account it is purchased, guy from support gave me new code.

Yeah, EA is a just a joke now.

EA won't return my hacked account.

I'm sure that sites like Rock Paper Shotgun would love to hear about people paying EA for games then not providing them. EA however will not like it.

C'mon. Be a smart buyer. Take a screenshot of your receipt or whatnot. Try anything if there's still something you haven't done already.

And if you still fail, there's another "smart" way to be a smart buyer. *smirk

if u bought it with your real money and the key is not working and they refuse to change it then charge back after all you payed for nothing and they refused to fix the mistake that is clearly on their side

if u got it from a trade then well maybe you got scammed
