Steamgifts Plus for Chrome (via Tampermonkey) is what you want. :)
As for auto-removing "not interested" games: is there an actual list of those games stored somewhere on your profile (that you can access publicly)? Otherwise it might not be possbile at all.

Or use the Easy SteamGifts for Chrome and click the blacklist button. ESg does everything he mentions.

Wouldn't it be AWESOME if steamgift could consider game on your wishlist (I think there is a Chrome extension for that) or games you've marked as "Not Interested" (with the new steam storefront update)? Or remove DLC from game which you don't own the base game? Or gifts with a contributor value greater then your own?
Maybe program those as different views then the basic page, to keep those for the people interested.
