Did he activate it ? If you have doubts, maybe add him and ask if he's unable to mark as received because of the suspension (I have no idea).
Maybe just wait until the end of his suspension before contacting support (if by then he still hasn't marked as received).

he hasn't activated it on his listed account yet... and actually i can't really find out why he was suspended - hasn't been regifting or anything like that.. and with 12 comments i doubt he said anything too controversial.. seems a rather benign account tbh.

When you're suspended you have no access to any parts of the site except for the support section (even if you're not logged in you can view the site.. a suspended account that is logged in, cannot), so no, he wouldn't be able to view the key nor mark it. You should be a nice guy here and contact him once his suspension is lifted to sort it out.

I can wait the 6 days, sure.... I just also like people being quick in marking them received :P

This would give 2*5 days of suspension.
You should definitely check for things like this before sending out the keys :/

Nice tool.. I might have to start vetting my winners... What's the process in rerolling winners though? Do you have to have a valid reason (regifter or something like that) or can you just reroll according to your whims?

You must have a valid reason, just as you stated. You won't get a reroll though for an offense that has been punished already.
And the good thing: reroll tickets are the ones getting handled the quickest, so if something suspicious turns up, this way people will get suspended quite fast.

So, he won my game 4 days ago.. hasn't marked it received - but it's a sent key so i can't request a new winner (he wasn't suspended when i sent the key). He has 6 more days to go on his suspension, so i don't know if he can even log back in to mark it received while he's suspended. Should I just wait the extra 3 days and then get support to mark it received? Not sure what to do here....
