So the games I am interested are:
The Suffering and The Suffering: Ties That Bind. I know I can buy a physical copy of it on eBay but anyone know of a digital version that I can just buy, DL and play? Thanks.

PS. Does anyone know why Steam never put those two?

The first game is freeware for half a decade now. Just search for "The Suffering freeware" and pick the site that is usually the fastest for you.

Yeah found something like that, but the sites looked really suspicious

If it downloads the 1GB+ executable, you can be safe. If it wants to download a small file that will download you the big one, then don't bother.
Some look shady, by the way, but are known legit software storage sites that just never got around to do a proper facelift on the design.

Those games never got a digital release, did they? Apart from the short period of time when the first game was available for free.
Also, the publisher who owned the rights to the games is dead, so it's possible that the games are in some form of legal limbo.
