If you check the "This bundle is a gift; send me a gift link." box, you'll get a gift link for the entire purchase (that you would need to send to your friend).
If you buy it normally, you can gift each game individually from your "Keys" page.

you can reveal what you want, revealing the key only makes you unable to create a gift link. If you activated the key in your account that's a different story.
Mark it has a key and put the key in the text thingy, gifts are steam gifts (don't know if gift links counts as gifts).

No, it's not possible, bta locks when you make a payment.
If you would have bought x bundles of 1$ when bta was 4, you could've upgraded them to 4$ (paying 3$ on each, at any time during the bundle duration + a 30 day period after the bundle has ended).
Now you will have to pay the current BTA.
