Nope. The amount you choose is for one bundle. But they might want to make that a bit more clear. I can imagine someone accidently paying 100 bucks or something because he thought it would give him more then one bundle...

for the 2nd bundle..do I have I have to send a gift link to myself?...and will the games be accepted when i already have them in my library (kinda new to this)

If you check the "This bundle is a gift; send me a gift link." box, you'll get a gift link for the entire purchase (that you would need to send to your friend).
If you buy it normally, you can gift each game individually from your "Keys" page.

I don't know how gift link for entire purchases work, but they should work like regular ones:
- you create the gift link, and send it to the recipient for them to add their e-mail,
- or you input their e-mail by yourself in the required field;
- the recipient gets an e-mail from Humble Bundle support with the link, and needs to click it;
- the page is then tied to their Humble account, but accessible only from the e-mail;
- the recipient can now reveal the key, and activate it.

Not quite.
- You are not required to have a HB account to redeem a gift link, even one for a whole bundle.
- You can send the gift link to yourself, but on the gift confirmation page you can supply any alternate email of your choosing.
- When the bundle gift link is redeemed, the keys page you land on will have the option to gift link games individually, so you can still divide up the gifted bundle if you like without directly revealing the keys.

you can reveal what you want, revealing the key only makes you unable to create a gift link. If you activated the key in your account that's a different story.
Mark it has a key and put the key in the text thingy, gifts are steam gifts (don't know if gift links counts as gifts).

It will go into your library if you don't own it, if you already own it then nope. Inventory gifts on steam can only be purchased through steam. Links and keys have to be given to people.

i have a question. I bought one bundle two days ago when the price for BTA was arround $4.
Is it possible to buy an extra bundle for the same price of $4 for the BTA or will i have to pay the current price for the BTA?

No, it's not possible, bta locks when you make a payment.
If you would have bought x bundles of 1$ when bta was 4, you could've upgraded them to 4$ (paying 3$ on each, at any time during the bundle duration + a 30 day period after the bundle has ended).
Now you will have to pay the current BTA.
