Should i buy GTA V Now or on Winter Sale

i think its very high price for gta v

fortunately, in my region i can buy it for 20 euros right now(including -33% discount), but even this price is too expensive for me
honestly i dont care of online mode( thats why i didnt understand all this hype about releasing pc version)
as for my part, i will buy it only with -66% discount at least

It just went on sale I believe on nuuvem. I would check that out you may need a VPN but it should be around $20 if I'm reading it as the game, not a shark card. Here's the link. They did change their VPN rules so idk if you'll get a row key using a VPN or not
