It just simply died. Most likely some kind shortage on the motherboard caused by one of the thunder which hit somewhere close. The fixing would cost me half of the new pc, so I'll wait a month or two and save money for new one.

It's hard to tell. I think they did mention multi accounting in their recent Twitter statement about gifting and it also has been mentioned recently in a thread about Humble accounts getting disabled but at the same time that person also had an active trading post on r/IndieGameSwap so it's hard to tell what exactly drew attention to him.
I think as long as you have seperate payment methods for each account which cannot be traced they belong to the same person (and avoid moving around gift links from one account to the other) it should be fine.
