You are wrong about EA games. I know for sure that there are steam keys to:
Burnout Paradise The Ultimate Box (recently removed from Steam)
SimCity™ 4 Deluxe Edition
Medal of Honor 2010
Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 - Uprising
This is just what I activated. I guess it works for other old EA games too
P.S: The Bethesda certainly has the keys to Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim,

There are some of their games on Humble Bundle Store with steam keys.

Not sure if it counts, but buying Subnautica: Below Zero through Humble Bundle doesn't give you a key, instead it automatically adds the game to your Steam library (or gives you an inventory gift to redeem, not sure). You can't get the game outside of Steam/EGS otherwise and there are no keys for it. It could change in the future seeing as it's in early access and the original Subnautica has regular keys.

DOOM Eternal does come with a Steam key, though. Not sure if there are stores that sell them but they've been around

Streets of Rage 2 was included in a sega gift bundle a few years ago.
True, there the key activated several more games:

Yeah, I notice some have been bundled long time ago (and available on keystores) even though they are not available from legitimate resellers.

DARQ - bundled (Steam key), Eastshade activated via Steam key... and many of the others were bundled and they can be activated via Steam Key... :) I think the point of this is something else... if you buy it from somewhere else (HB store for example) and if you buy Ubisoft games they are for Uplay and the only way to get them on Steam is to buy them there...

Yes, some have been bundled in the past (e.g. Groupies Greenlight bundles) even though keys cannot be bought from legitimate stores.

Related to the thread but being the total opposite, I don't undertand how games like "Halo - The MasterChief collection" are being sold at key stores like Kinguin, where are those keys coming from?

So I was curious if there is something like a list of games that don't actually have Steam keys (if you try to buy them outside of Steam you cannot find Steam keys for them, only for their respective platforms e.g. Bethesda net, Uplay, Origin, Epic Games). There are no results when I searched through Google so I might as well try to make a list here in case someone finds it useful.
Personally I'd like to prioritize those games when shopping on Steam itself, and purchase those with Steam keys elsewhere since most of the time "elsewhere" is actually cheaper than Steam.
So far the games I know that don't have Steam keys are almost all Ubisoft games, all EA games, some Bethesda games (e.g. DOOM ETERNAL), those that are exclusive to Epic Store(duh, they might come to Steam one day).
Share your finds and I will try to make a list below.
