it can if the date where it turned free or bundled precedes the date of the GA creation

If it was bundled yes, but not given out for free (at least I have never seen one). In that case it's simply removed from the list and giveaways deleted. If it turns free (i.e. the price drops to 0 in the steam store), it loses value too ofc, as with any price change.

Some game changed price or maybe it was free when you made the GA, its not a big deal anyway, you are currently at 2.91, creating a giveaway would bring you back up to level 3

Oh, I didn't think about a possible price change. That could be it since I don't believe any of the games I've given away have been given away for free. I will probably make another giveaway soon the next time I buy a bundle anyway ^^; just been super busy lately and have only had time to enter giveaways for the time being. Thanks

I guess price change from time mysteries.
When sale began it was 25p, now back to normal 10p

It was the package that 25p (https://steamdb.info/sub/76166/), the game itself didn't change the price. Steam has bug showing prices related to discounted package, so it affect SG showing point to enter.

Its not a bug related to SteamGifts, its part of how Steam works, showing the price of a package if if goes lower during a sale.

Yeah, got them mixed up. Thanks for clarification :)

I'm not sure if that would affect what I gave away since I gave the games away individually. But I did notice once that a Deponia game cost 100p at one point because of a package, so I guess its similar to that situation? But eh, I guess I won't worry too much about it. Was just wondering what changed to cause my CV to go down

Do not worry about CV, SG is more about the joy of sharing. Live the spirit and let leechers worry about CV

Lol yeah I like doing giveaways for the heck of it just b/c these games would just go unused anyway if I didn't. Just saw that my level went down after a tiring day at work so was a little )': about it, but I know I will definitely make more giveaways again anyway.

You'll get used to your CV dropping. When you are near a level up, just stock up on a few more games you want to give away, so you can stay at your new level. Thanks to this, when I dropped a substantial amount, I stayed on level 7 (from around 7.16 to 7.02, which is roughly 140 dollars lost because reasons).

I've given away only bundled games so there's nothing that was bundled recently that could've caused it to go down from 3 to 2. The only un-bundled game I gave away is Her Story and its still un-bundled so I can't figure out why my level would have gone down? I'm really sorry if this is the wrong category/stupid question but I'm pretty sad to see I'm back at level 2. :(
