you could use SGtools to give opportunity to level 0 fellas but implementing a restriction of won games, so you can prevent level 0s with 300 wins and zero gifts to enter, think outside the box my man

With mandatory giveaways you can be sure that a lot of contributors would have left right away, most people are already skeptical about the website legitimacy when they join

I won and gave away 4 GA's this year, don't buy bundles and currently only want to win and give games that I like myself. I'm sure there other kind people who don't gift in in regular time intervals but still enjoy and contribute to this community as well. A interval-requirement would feel pretty forced. Especially if you're away for some time. I understand your concern, but I think that such a rule shouldn't and can't be applied to SG itself. Like others have mentioned: there are workarounds to minimise the risk.

Without all the takers the site wouldn't exist. You give away trash. To demand that real life discriminating gamers win your games is silly. The trash is made poorly, shoveled onto steam to make a few bucks for the developers. The only reason these games move at all is trading cards. TRading cards are the reason for bots and takers. It's a way to make steam money so they can get real games - and maybe profit with trading adn reselling.
Point is, as long as you are giving away trash, you really have no call to complain about who gets your trash.

It's not meant to insult you. But look at some of the games you are giving. And I am giving. And most users are giving. They are trash. For example: Top Secret: http://store.steampowered.com/app/613980/Top_Secret/ - difficult to call it anything but trash.
