To answer your questions: I preordered it in UK before it was clear that the german version of Modern Warfare 3 is uncut (for example Modern Warfare 1 and 2 are cut in Germany). I would buy it again from the UK but as far as I know does a retail Version of the DLCs not exist.

I could buy from the Spanish Store when I was in Canada. I only told the guys on Steam to change that for me as I had some SWallet in € I could not spend otherwise.

No, because my paypal/card accounts are still based in the UK, im not allowed to buy from the US store until my finances are sorted here

Hi everybody,
I've bought Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 when it was released from the UK. The problem is, I live in Germany and I've tried to buy the 4th DLC from here. After a lot of mails between me, the Steam Support and Activision Support. It's now clear. The german DLC is not compatible to the UK main game.
The Steam Support will remove the DLC for me (will not exchance because the Steam User Agreement).
Now I'm searching for someone from the United Kingdom who will gift me the DLC4 (Final Assault) for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3.
It's very important to receive the UK version as I wrote before.
The gifter can choose between PayPAL or something from my inventory or another game in Steam Store for the same price (which is available in Germany of course).
