Too expensive, gaps/lines between monitors breaks immersion, takes some time to setup every game to your specific resolution that not all games support and you need special mods which usually come few months later. On the other hand now new games usually support bigger resolutions. And don't forget you need more graphic cards if you want to play on low and if you want to play on high settings than you get high end graphic cards so the sum ads up to not worth it.

Does anyone play in video surround (multi-monitor, extra wide res) and do you eventually get used to the weird motion and having peripheral vision in a game?
set this up today for fun :)
