I think he means the steam cards beta.
Join the Steam Trading Cards Groupand you will get invites, or you can buy them in the Steam Community Market for around 25 cents

I assume you mean the beta profiles.
Join this group or buy an invite from the market or trade for an invite. You'll find them around as "Steam Trading Card Beta".

Also, closing this before people start reporting you for no reason.
